Ready To Restore California's Prosperity
Hello, I'm Michael Koslow.
I learned the importance of hard work and determination from an early age. A lifetime of service — from the Air Force to counterintelligence and law enforcement — has fortified my belief in the American spirit. Now, I aim to bring these values to the U.S. Congress, where I'd be honored to represent the people of California’s 26th District.

About Me
Inspired by my father's entrepreneurial spirit, my mother’s compassion for the less fortunate, and my grandfather's legacy in counterintelligence, I began my own journey into public service by joining the Air Force at the age of 17. There, I rose through the ranks, honed my leadership skills, and cultivated a deep respect for the discipline and dedication that military life requires. During and after my active duty military service, I worked counterintelligence within the Air Force Office of Special Investigations on important cases that safeguarded our national security. When I retired from military service after 33 years, I was awarded the prestigious ORDER OF CALIFORNIA medal at the direction of the California Governor.
Later, my path led me to the Department of Defense Inspector General's office. There, I continued to advocate for justice and accountability, upholding the values instilled in me from a young age. In the private sector, I broadened my perspective as a Special Investigations Regional Manager for a leading organization in the healthcare industry and even started my own investigations agency.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, I had the honor of being spotlighted by the prestigious Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association, a testament to my achievements and commitment to advancing the interests of small businesses across the nation.
I am a proven leader and a lifelong learner with an Associate's degree in Avionics Technology, a B.A. in Criminal Justice, a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration, and awarded a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership.
I've worked around the world, tackling diverse challenges and working toward a safer, more secure America. Today, I am ready to take these experiences to Washington and be your voice in the U.S. Congress. I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge, policy expertise, commitment to progress, and an unwavering dedication to delivering results, bridging divides, and championing the causes that matter to you. Stand with me, and together, let's pave the way for a future we can be proud of.
Michael's Core Values
Leadership
My leadership philosophy aligns with the military mantra: "Mission first, people always." It has been a guiding principle in my life, reminding me to focus on the task at hand while never losing sight of the importance of the individuals who make it all possible.
Leadership is not an inherent trait but one nurtured over time. Over the years, I have made it a point to understand diverse leadership styles, adapting my approach to different situations and individuals. I've learned that people are the most important part of any organization and that treating everyone fairly and respectfully is paramount.
